From March 13th - 15th, join us for a weekend away at beautiful SharpTop Cove in the North Georgia mountains! Church Camp is a time for our whole community to step out of the busyness of everyday life and step into intentional rhythms of rest, worship, fun, and connection.

Over three days together, we’ll share meals, gather in worship, hear powerful teaching, and create space to encounter God in fresh ways. Whether around the campfire, on the ropes course, or in quiet moments of prayer, this weekend is all about experiencing the presence of God and deepening relationships with one another.

We believe this weekend can be a marker in your journey—and we don’t want you to miss it.

EXPERIENCE COMMUNITY

Church Camp is designed to help you connect deeply with others and awaken to God in a deep and fresh way. Through intentional sessions of prayer, worship and discussions, shared activities, and downtime with your campmates, you’ll have the chance to form and grow meaningful relationships. It’s a rare opportunity where everyone—from families with young kids to empty nesters—gets to spend time together. No matter your life stage, this camp is for everyone looking to strengthen ties within our church.

GROW TOGETHER

Over the weekend, we’ll gather for multiple engaging sessions to worship, learn, and reflect on what we hear. These times are meant to fuel reflection, prayer, and group discussions, helping us apply the teaching and awaken to God in a meaningful way. While adults are in sessions, our kids and students will have their own worship and learning moments, filled with community and fun, making sure the whole family grows together.

FIND REST

Stepping away from everyday life can renew your mind and spirit. Between sessions, the schedule allows for plenty of free time so you can recharge however you choose—whether that's participating in group activities or simply relaxing with a book. This space to pause is meant to be a refreshing break, helping you return to life energized and renewed. Our hope is that you find rest during this time as we lean closer to each other and Jesus.

EXPLORE & ENJOY

The fun kicks off the moment we arrive! From outdoor adventures like pickleball, basketball, the climbing wall, ropes course, and much more, to laid-back options like relaxing in the hot tub, enjoying a game of pool or ping pong in the game room, or gathering around a bonfire with friends, there’s something for everyone. Whether you crave excitement or tranquility, you’ll find plenty of ways to enjoy yourself, create lasting memories, and deepen your connection with God and others through both play and fellowship

KIDS VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

Sign as a volunteer through the registration process

Church camp is a valuable discipleship opportunity for adults and kids alike!

If you volunteer with kids at camp, you get to be part of their experience for the weekend while also creating space for their parents to fully experience the main sessions without distraction.

Volunteering with kids means that during the adult sessions you will either care for babies and toddlers or be with the elementary-aged kids in their worship and teaching sessions. You can expect lots of singing and dancing, laughter, games, and learning alongside our kiddos!

Don’t worry - you will still be able to engage in meals, free time, and evening activities with everyone else!  Adult sessions will also be recorded for later listening. We want you to have the full camp experience, too!

There are 4 sessions in which we need volunteers loving on our kids. We are asking volunteers to serve their choice of serving during 1, 2, or 3 sessions.  Discounts will be given accordingly.  Please select how many sessions you would like to serve when registering.

*If you are not currently part of the Kidtown TEAM, you will need to fill out a background check and go through our mandatory training before the camp. We want everyone to be equipped well to have the best weekend possible!

  • Accommodations are in comfortable rooms with a/c, beds/bunks, and bathrooms/showers which serve each room or private room in every cabin.

    • Adults without children in their 20s/30s (single or married) are separated by gender into bunk rooms.

    • Families with children attending camp: Our plan is to offer each family a private room in one of the many cabin options at Camp. If you are willing to share a private room with another family, please let us know, as this helps us maximize the number of beds used for the retreat.

    • If you or one of your family members requires special accommodations for medical or personal reasons, single parents, etc., we would love to help accommodate your needs. Just let us know!

    • Adults without kids above the age of 40 are in private rooms.

  • Your registration covers lodging, all meals, snacks, and access to activities at SharpTop Cove. From a ropes course, pickleball, climbing wall, and game room, to bonfires, hot tub, and much more, everything is included to make your experience enjoyable.

  • Absolutely! Church Camp is designed for all ages. While adults engage in sessions, kids and students will have their own programming filled with worship, fun, and activities. We aim to create an environment where everyone, no matter their age, grows spiritually and relationally.

  • The food at SharpTop is delicious—not your typical camp fare! We also provide snacks. However, if you have specific dietary needs, certain cabins have fridges available. Just let us know in advance so we can accommodate you.

  • It can feel intimidating to attend alone, but the camp is structured to help you connect. We place you in cabins with people in similar life stages, and after each session, you’ll have plenty of opportunities to meet new people through free time and shared activities. Mealtimes are also a great time to meet new people. Our hope is that Church Camp is where people will find their community and start to feel at home.

  • SharpTop Cove offers plenty of indoor options, so the retreat will go on, rain or shine! In case of bad weather, there will be adjustments to the schedule to ensure everyone has a great experience indoors.
